Harassment

Our brokerage has a zero-tolerance policy for harassment of any kind, including sexual harassment, verbal harassment, and physical harassment. Any agent or employee found to have engaged in harassing behavior will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment. Agents and employees who experience or witness harassment should report it to their supervisor or the HR department immediately.
 

Ethical Behavior

All agents and employees are expected to act with honesty, integrity, and professionalism at all times. This includes adhering to ethical guidelines set forth by the National Association of Realtors and other industry organizations and complying with all state and federal laws and regulations. Any agent or employee found to have engaged in unethical behavior will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
All agents must follow the Ohio canon of ethics and the Realtor’s code of ethics.
 

Confidentiality

Our brokerage deals with sensitive and confidential information on a regular basis, including client data, financial information, and proprietary business information. All agents and employees are expected to maintain the confidentiality of this information at all times, both during and after their employment with our brokerage. Any unauthorized disclosure of confidential information may result in disciplinary action, and termination of employment.
 

Social Media

Our brokerage encourages agents and employees to use social media professionally and responsibly. However, agents and employees must avoid posting anything that could damage the reputation of our brokerage, our clients, or other agents and employees. All social media posts should be respectful and appropriate and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
